Today Google released IPv6.There are two terms are used for communication between the the devices over the internet which have IPv4 and IPv6.Currently we are on IPv4 which have limited scope just for 4 billions addresses for communicating between devices over internet.IPv4 system assign a series of 4 number each having value from 0 to 255 for devices.New version IPv6 protocal expands the number of available addresses to a virtually limitless amount–340 trillion trillion trillion addresses and This is very important for today's generation to use IPv6 as security point of view also.The new innovative services can be developed using IPv6 and more devices can be communicate over internet.
World IPv6 Launch on June 6, 2012, organized by the Internet Society, is the day participating major websites and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) permanently enable IPv6 and begin the transition from IPv4.
